Important: Due to the nature of fireworks/cracker products and safety regulations, our return policy has specific conditions.
No Return Policy
Due to safety concerns and legal regulations, all sales of fireworks and cracker products are final. We do not accept returns on any fireworks products once delivered.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive products that are visibly damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please:
- Refuse to accept the delivery and inform the delivery person immediately.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We will investigate and arrange replacement for genuine defective products.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion.
